Collaboration with LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura

A new chapter begins in Lugano!
 
Last week, Opera for Peace proudly launched a new collaboration with LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura, celebrating the announcement of the 5th edition of our Opera for Peace Academy, coming in September 2026!
 
This incredible milestone is made possible thanks to the generous support of BNP Paribas.
 
Our two brilliant emerging artists performed: Leonardo Sanchez (Mexico) & Yolisa Ngwexana (South Africa), beautifully accompanied by our Artistic and Musical Director, Kamal Khan.
 
We are looking forward to welcoming the next generation of operatic talent to this inspiring cultural hub.
