Opera for Peace Academy 2026 with Adama Sanneh

We were honoured to welcome Adama Sanneh, CEO of the Moleskine Foundation, for an inspiring workshop with our Academy artists, together with Julia Lagahuzère, Founder & General Director of Opera for Peace.

We are deeply grateful to Adama for sharing his innovative perspective on entrepreneurship, creativity, social impact, and the importance of giving back to one’s community.

But perhaps one message of his will stay with our 10 artists above all: don’t be merely a character in your own story — become its main protagonist. A powerful reminder that being an artist means not only imagining the world we want to see, but taking an active role in shaping it.

The 5th Opera for Peace Academy in Lugano is made possible thanks to the valued support of its main sponsor Fondation BNP Paribas.
